San Francisco needs to join other communities who have Urban Bike Parks. The Grandaddy is Seattle's I5 Colonade, where they've used the area underneath a freeway. http://evergreenmtb.org/colonnade New York City, Boulder and Fresno all have bike parks, and in the East Bay, Lafayette has one under construction.
