I am SF native. Born in SF. I went to high school at nearby Riordan High School. I currently live in Oakland and owner of a retail bike shop and event company called rideSFO. We host the SFBikeExpo.com at the Cow Palace. Cycling is on the rise and is great way for youth to spend their and connect with adults and their families. There are not many sports where families can get together and ride. It is an awesome site to see when you see a whole family that rides together. We have one that even races together. A McLaren Bike Park can huge for the community and can draw folks from all over the country, maybe all over the world. With SF Bike Expo right next door, we can really turn the SF into an all around bike town.
